Hotel

• The hotel is close to the city center.
• It is located directly at Lake Aasee.
• You can walk to the city center quickly.
• You can walk along the lake.

Rooms

There are different types of rooms:

• Small single room. Around 14 square meters.
• Larger single room with sitting area. One room is wheelchair accessible.
• Double room.
• Large double room.
• Maisonette room. Two floors with kitchen and lake view. No pets allowed.
• Large maisonette with 2 rooms. No blackout curtains. No pets allowed.

Prices (without breakfast)

• Single room: from 74 euros
• Larger single room: from 79 euros
• Double room for 1 person: from 84 euros
• Double room for 2 persons: from 114 euros
• Large double room: from 94 euros (1 person), from 124 euros (2 persons)
• Maisonette: from 119 euros (1 person), from 149 euros (2 persons)
• 2-room maisonette: from 139 euros (1 person), from 169 euros (2 persons)

Cancellation

• Cancellation up to 2 days before arrival is free of charge.
• After that, 80 percent of the price must be paid.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.
• Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM.

Reception

• The reception is open Monday to Saturday from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
• The reception is open on Sundays and public holidays from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• If you arrive later, you must call in advance.

• All rooms have air conditioning.
• Wi-Fi is free.
• Breakfast room with lake view.
• Terrace with lake view.
• Parking at the hotel: 10 euros per night.
• Public parking nearby is free of charge.

There is a conference center with lake view.

• 3 large rooms with technology and air conditioning.
• Room 1: 106 square meters, for up to 100 people.
• Room 2: 53 square meters, for up to 45 people.
• Room 3: 72 square meters, for up to 40 people.
• There are also small group rooms.
